What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Buyers do not pay any other delivery charges other than shipping charges locally(when applicable).

International orders may be subject to customs tariffs (where applicable).

How long will delivery take?

Depending on your shipping option, it may take between 3 to 10 days(if in the US) and up to 25 days or more outside of the United States.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All transactions on our website are done securely, and we take the privacy of our customers seriously and make sure their information is protected(for more information, please read our privacy policy.

What exactly happens after ordering?

When an order is logged, it goes to the shipping department where it is sorted and processed for shipping out, after which shipping notification and tracking information is automatically sent to buyers.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, every order must ship out with an invoice(unless instructed otherwise by customer).
