Broke but customer service

I bought this headset almost a year ago. The headset broke last week so I emailed customer service and Shelley went above and beyond to help make the situation right. I am glad to see that good customer service is alive and well.

I was shown two ear covering

I needed both ears covered because of the noise that I'm around, and the picture shows that you can cover both.....Not!! the noise cancelation works great and the battery life I believe is 45H.

Great noise reduction

Driving a noisy truck and needing to talk often on the road this headset does a great job. I prefer having o ly the one ear covered while driving to hear all the little nuances of a truck. I get a call, tap the button on the earpiece and the calls all sound great. As far as noise cancelling goes it must be doing its job because most people I speak with have no idea I'm driving while talking to them. Background noise is filtered out effectively. I would like to get a little more volume out of the other side of the conversation but other than that it does the job.

Best Trucker Headset

I prefer this headset over my BlueParrott 450 & 350. It's noise cancelling microphone blows It's competition out of the water. No one hears my background and was told it's super quiet when I'm not talking and when I start talking they still can barely hear my background. Comfortable over and on the ear. I will be buying more from Eska in the future.

Trucker Approved...! Buy It...! You Won't Be Disappointed...!

This is the least expensive, over the head, headset I've ever purchased. It has exceeded my expectations by far. Super lightweight with clean and clear audio. I have it connected to two phones and I can swap calls with the touch of the button. The audio is nice and loud and clear and what people hear is also super clear from what I've been told. The first major test I did was to walk to the rear of my trailer while talking. I'm happy to say that it did NOT drop the call and remained crystal clear. From behind the trailer I made two calls on two different phones and both were perfectly good. My last headset went into the trash because it continually dropped calls or needed to get rebooted. Not this one. The only bad thing I can say about this headset is that it's almost too loose and feels like it'll fall off my head when I'm looking straight up or something like that. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It broke

Although it broke, the headband only (speaker and everything else is still technically good), it had a good run I've had it for about a year wore it almost everyday to work(wherehouse) it has good audio quality for only having one earpiece, it had a killer battery lasting about a week at a time between charges. I beat it up pretty good working with it on headbanging till it fell to the ground, a coworker hitting me with a forklift and knocking it off my head, and finally throwing them while they were in my bag. What did them in..? I felt they were a bit loose, so I move them around a bit, nothing happened and so I put them on my head, only they didn't squish against my head like they always did, instead I heard a crack, and now they cannot be worn, on account of the head band snapping off. If they were cheaper I might buy a knew pair(I might get the newer h3 model, it has two ear pieces) for now though I think I will stick to wishing they beefed up the tilting pivot point on the ear piece side. One final thing to note is the microphone doesn't have a clicking stay up place, instead it uses friction to stay put where you put it. Which is fine with me but you might consider it to be a eyesore or nusence.

Better than blueparrot IMO- put foam over the mic

Wow I am happy with this headset. I had the B550-xt that was OK, but those are ON the ear instead of OVER the ear so my ear would hurt after a while (I was driving a semi for over 10 hours a day. Then the charging jack broke so I looked and went with this and I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. More comfortable, durable, sound great and the my wife doesn't believe I'm on the road because the noise cancellation is so good hahaha. At the price of around $70 it's a great value. Check out the B550, look at the price ($150) and come back and get this.

THIS HEADSET IS AMAZING!! NO MORE BACKGROUND NOISE INTERFERING WITH CONVERSATIONS

i am a mobile diesel/heavy equipment mechanic. A few years ago I bought some very expensive clip over the ear ( other earbuds seem to fall out of the ears when I'm working on equipment) earbuds. Those seem to pick up a mouse farting at 100 yds. Out in a slight breeze, the person on the other end of the phone swears I'm in a hurricane.........and forget trying to use the earbuds in the truck while driving!! My Peterbilt work truck has a built in microphone with Blue tooth.............the mic doesn't work so great. I need to be leaning over the steering wheel for the other person to hear me. Frustrated, I purchased this headset. Good price at the time, had some good reviews........figured what the hell........I'll give it a shot. NOW TO MEAT OF THIS REVIEW!! I bought this August 2022, it arrived, I charged it and threw it in the truck. Whenever I get in the truck, I turn this on and go about my day. When I get to my destination, I shut if off and leave it in the cab. While working on equipment, I don't put it on until I get a phone call (it's kind of awkward to wear and work on equipment). I haven't had to charge it yet!! It's been 2 months of almost daily use!!! Yesterday I was talking with a buddy of mine discussing the plans for the weekend. I was in the middle of changing out an air brake can while talking to him. I needed to use a 4 1/2 grinder to cut some steel. While cutting the steel, the mic was maybe 1 ft away from the grinder. He didn't hear ANY OF IT!! I had warned him to expect some loud noise. None of the noise was picked up by the mic!! (If you've cut some steel with a grinder........you know how noisy that is!!) I then needed to use a 1/2" air impact. I told him what I was doing..........he said unless I told him, he never would have guessed...........the faintest noise from the impact conveyed through the mic!! Again, that was 1-2ft away from the mic!! Overall its a great unit (I think). You have 3 controls on the speaker ...........VOLUME UP, POWER/ANSWER/ END CALL (middle button), VOLUME DOWN.........very simple, easy to use, comfortable. The mic has a RED LED light that lights up when your talking on the phone...........useful when you have people walking up to you and they might not realize your on the phone. The volume and sound are good. With the window open on the truck and going 70mph I can hear people and they can hear me. I was just totally impressed yesterday after using the grinder and NO NOISE was conveyed through the mic.......had to share that.
